I can highly recommend Gareth at the family foot care centre. Sorted my foot out and did my nails. Thank you again.

Really great service. Was lucky to get a quick appointment due to a cancellation. Very accommodating, professional & friendly service.

Napoleon said that an army marches on its stomach but ‘The Family Footcare Centre’ knows that feet are very important too.

Some years ago I had a painful hip. The specialist said ‘Its arthritis. Take pain killers.’ I tried my local osteopath.  She told me to walk across the room and then said ‘Go and visit Sarah at the Family Footcare Centre.’

On my first visit to Sarah she looked at my shoes before she looked at my feet.  She recommended some shoe inserts. I was walking through the outside of my feet instead of using my big toe.  After I had worn the inserts for 3 weeks the hip pain was gone never to return. I wore them for about 3 years, until they disintegrated.

I have continued to visit the ‘Family Footcare Centre’ to keep my feet in good order. Recently a had a lot of ankle pain when I was out with the Susie our dog.  My G.P. did not know the cause. Sarah gave it a name ‘Achilles Tendonitis’. She showed me some exercises to do. Susie is very happy as her walks are lengthening again. I am exercising and wearing my proper walking shoes as instructed. They are no good at the back of the cupboard!

Like the old song says, “Your ankle bone is connected to your knee bone, and your knee bone is connected to your hip bone”

So, get your feet checked at the ‘Family Footcare Centre’ and WALK TALL
